Ron Moody (born 8 January 1924) voiced the Duke of Wellington in AUDIO: Other Lives. He was considered for the role of the Third Doctor but turned it down, a decision he later said he regretted. He is also one of the few Oscar-nominated actors to appear in a Doctor Who production.
