pickle v. gherkin

Pickle can refer to any pickled food, not just gherkins. As such, I've turned pickle into a disambig page and added the main gherkin entry here. In regards to using the term pickle or gherkin for pickled cucumbers we don't have a clear preference. The word gherkin is used in DW and pickle is used in Torchwood. Since we never see the pickles in torchwood and therefore aren't positive that pickle refers to cucumber pickles, it's safer to use gherkin.

At the same time, I removed the salad daze section. I just read the comic and the word pickle is never used and I don't see anything that's clearly a pickle. I'm not even sure which drawing whoever added this was referencing. Anoted 07:45, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
