The technician and van driver of the Preachers, Mrs. Moore was actually Angela Price. She helped the Doctor to gain access to the Cybermen's base at Battersea Power Station which they used as a cyber-conversion center. She also told him her real name but she was killed shortly afterwards by a Cyberman. (DW: Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel)The Doctor asked Jake to let her family know what she had founght and died for.
Behind the Scenes
The use of "Mrs. Moore" as an alias alludes to the fact that a pseudonym, Paula Moore, was used for a previous Cyberman Doctor Who television story, Attack of the Cybermen.
