This Servant worked at the Shadow Proclamation and was the same species as the Shadow Architect. During the stolen planet incident, she brought Donna Noble water while she was waiting for the Tenth Doctor. She told Donna she had had something on her back. Donna grew concerned when the servant said that worse was yet to come. (TV: The Stolen Earth)
