Humberto was a street in Buenos Aires that was on a map shown to the CIA by Noah Vickers. It coincided with Bolivar, Plaza Dorrego, South Pacheco, Balcarce and Av Paseo Colon, and ran perpendicular to Carlos Calvo. (TV: The Blood Line)
