Private Ross Jenkins, code-named Greyhound 40, was an UNIT soldier during Operation Blue Sky.
Profile
Jenkins acted as the Doctor's excort and driver as the former investigated the Rattigan Academy, where both they encountered Luke Rattigan and the Sonaran General Staal. After losing control of an ATMOS-controlled UNIT vehicle, he and The Doctor parted ways so that Jenkins could aquire another ATMOS-free vehicle to return them to UNIT's temporary headquarters.
