Paul Kasey (born 5 August 1973 in Chatham, Kent) has appeared as many monsters on the Russell T Davies and Steven Moffat eras of Doctor Who as well as the Weevils of Torchwood. When paired with Alan Ruscoe, he can be recognised as the shorter of the two actors.
