- 1971 - Episode four of The Mind of Evil was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1971 - Part one of Gemini Plan was first published in Countdown's very first issue.
- 1975 - The novelisation of The Moonbase was first published by Target Books.
- 1992 - New Adventures novel Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible was first published by Virgin Books.
- 1997 - New Adventures novel The Room With No Doors and Missing Adventures novel A Device of Death were first published by Virgin Books.
- 2007 - Issue thirty-eight of Doctor Who: Battles in Time, including comic story Dusty Death, was first released by GE Fabbri Ltd.
- 2008 - Dead Man Walking was first broadcast on BBC Three.
- 2009 - The Time Squad action figure range was first released by Character Options.
- 2011 - The London branch of exhibition Doctor Who Experience opened.
- 2012 - The London branch of Doctor Who Experience closed, exactly one year after having opened.
