Washington Dulles International Airport was an airport serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in the United States of America.

When Rex Matheson used Central Intelligence Agency resources to bring Gwen Cooper and Jack Harkness to the US during the Miracle Day event, the plane was landed at Dulles and, despite being an international flight unloaded in a domestic terminal. A phone call from Esther Drummond alerted Rex to a plot against them, and all three escaped Lyn Peterfield and her escorts at this airport and escaped with the help of Esther Drummond.
