Her suggestion that Donna should turn away from her fateful first day at H.C. Clements forced Donna's past to change, and created a parallel world in which the Doctor was killed during his encounter with the Empress of the Racnoss (DW: Turn Left). Her fate is unknown; she fled after Donna (with the aid of Rose Tyler) was able to restore the proper timeline.
