Doctor Harold Legg, simply known as Dr Legg, was a resident of Albert Square in the East End of London. When Phil and Grant Mitchell found Romana in the Arches looking for the Doctor, Phil told her that Dr. Legg was the only doctor around here, to which she responded, "doctor who?" (NOTDWU: Dimensions in Time)
Behind the scenes
- Dr Legg was a character on EastEnders. He was mentioned in Dimensions in Time, which was a crossover special with Doctor Who.
