The Betrothal of Sontar was a Sontaran mining vessel commanded by Colonel Snathe while he was searching for the World Bane on the icy world of Serac. Among the Sontarans, the term "betrothal" referred to the ancient tradition of burying one's hatchet between the eyes of one's enemy. (COMIC: The Betrothal of Sontar)
