Sergeant Price was a police officer who oversaw security at 10 Downing Street in the wake of the murder of the UNIT personnel, academics and military officers. He was unaware that the murderers were actually the people he took his orders from - Slitheen family members disguised as humans. When the Ninth Doctor had a Harpoon missile launched at the building, it was Price's job to get everyone out. When he warned the Slitheen out of costumes about the missile, he awkwardly apologised and left. (TV: World War Three)
