I'm not aware of a lot of episodes after the beginnings of season 6, and the statement by the Ninth Doctor says all, but I was pretty sure that the Empty Child and the Doctor Dances were the only two episodes in which, well, nobody was dead at the end of it that wasn't beforehand. We never get a clear shot of Timothy in the brief appearance of Mr and Mrs Lloyd. It could easily be a non-speaking stand-in that's walking into the shelter, rather than Perry, who's only credited for ''[[The Doctor Dances (TV story)|The Doctor Dances]]''. Uncredited cast
We never get a clear shot of Timothy in the brief appearance of Mr and Mrs Lloyd.
