Honestly, I believe the soldiers in this episodes would've been the Chancellery Guard. Now, I'm not sure if that is 100% accurate, but I think it is. Feel free to disregard this though, but thoughts? I'm not sure how or where this should be added, but this program set a world record for largest ever simulcast. Steven Moffat was actually presented with the award before the premiere. I'm not really sure where this would fit in the lower part of the article...

The explosion of the Dalek Fleet sounds a lot like the credit wrap from the classic series from around the 5th through to the end.

Uh...

Yay the Daleks were defeated.. Let's not worry too much about the Skaaro degradations, The Horde of Travesties, The could-have-been-king and the Nightmare Child. "The war turned into hell" as the Tenth Doctor put it. And the Time-Lords are no longer driven insane by war but nevermind! The Daleks were beaten! No more time locked ultimate conflict yay!

My sarcasm kung fu is strong.
