Owen Teale (born 20 May 1961) played Maldak in the Doctor Who television story Vengeance on Varos and later played Evan Sherman in the Torchwood television story Countrycide.
He also voiced Hayton in the the Doctor Who audio story The Mind's Eye.
Outside of Doctor Who, Owen is known for playing Ser Alliser Throne in HBO's Game of Thrones.
