When Miss Evangelista was uploaded to the Library Data Core, she theorised that a decimal point had shifted in her IQ. Before then, she had been pleased to have the IQ of a plankton. (TV: Forest of the Dead)
Miss Kizlet, using the technology of the Great Intelligence, had a tablet that was able to 'hack' into, among other things, peoples' IQs. (TV: The Bells of Saint John)
Eve Morris had an IQ of 145. (AUDIO: The Gathering)
Liz Shaw had an IQ of over 200. (PROSE: The Devil Goblins from Neptune)
