Meme (The Time of the Doctor) was a colonel aboard the Papal Mainframe. Serving under the Mother Superious Tasha Lem, she was present at the Siege of Trenzalore and the Mainframe's subsequent transition into the Church of the Silence. She was presumably killed and turned into a puppet after the Dalek attack on the Mainframe. (TV: The Time of the Doctor)
