Thomas Kincade Brannigan was a Cat who lived in New New York with his wife, Valerie. They travelled in their flying car, and had been stuck on the motorway for twelve years by the year 5,000,000,053. They had several two-month-old children, who looked the same as regular Earth Cat. When he saw the doctor stuggling for air he let him into the car and he told him that he was searching for his companion Martha Jones. He told the doctor about the Motarway and how he had spent twelve years only traveling six miles. He was later released from the motarway when the Face of Boe opened it up. (DW: Gridlock)
