Fiona was the President of the Earth Empire and the mother of Howard. She believed everyone belonged to her. After the Draconians destroyed their creator she went to kill her real safe[statement unclear] and destroy the empire. She then killed her clone son as propaganda to make humanity think aliens were infectious. (AUDIO: The Final Amendment)
