The Bondoux 56 was a model of android. They were humanoid and looked like a person in a suit of armour, but were made to be unnaturally thin for a human. They were given a polished, mirror-like appearance with finely crafted limbs.

By the 40th century, the Bondoux 56 model was considered obsolete. A few Bondoux 56s were remade for use on the Brilliant. One such android was Gabriel. (PROSE: The Pirate Loop)
