Gohbel was a planet with a reputation for some of the best meals in the galaxy - a reputation built up over hundreds of years. Agriculture formed a large part of the planets economy (not to mention survival), and it was so very nearly destroyed when an invading army of Cyborgs descended like a plague of locusts and started to strip away its food resources.
