Ultravox were a pop group in the 1980s, They're most famous song was "Vienna".

Professor Grisenko was a fan of theirs, and listened to their cassettes whilst serving on board the Soviet submarine Firebird in 1983. When finding out that Clara Oswald was from the future, he asked her if they break up. (TV: Cold War)

Behind the scenes

Although Clara didn't answer Grisenko's question, in the real world, Ultravox did split up, twice — in 1988, 5 years after the events of the episode, and again in 1996, after their first reformation of the band from the previous split. They were, however, back together again as of 2008.
