Matthew Graham wrote the 2006 Doctor Who episode Fear Her and the 2011 two-parter The Rebel Flesh and The Almost People. Graham is best known as the co-creator of the series Life on Mars (which starred John Simm) and its sequel series Ashes to Ashes.
