Venderman's Law stated that "light has mass and energy intermixed, therefore energy radiated by photons and tachyons is equal to the energy absorbed." This meant that anything that happened anywhere in the universe existed as light particles within the Time Vortex and could theoretically be reconstructed electronically. The Time-Space Visualiser was based on this law. (PROSE: The Chase)
