One Gallifrey was a Gallifrey that was similar to the prime universe except that they sold their technologies to other races. For example, they sold Time Rings to the Monan Host and Battle TARDISes to the Killorans. They even loaned out the Oubliette of Eternity. They could take regenerations from one person and implant them into another. (AUDIO: Reborn)
