Sphagnum was a bog warrior in Queen Xenotime's slave army. He was buried in the Boglands and reanimated under the illusion of witchcraft.
Sphagnum was friends with Mossy and also under his command, but when Mossy asked for Sphagnum's help in overthrowing Xenotime, he was too terrified to take Mossy's side and stabbed him instead. Sphagnum was overcome with guilt by the act. Soon after he was killed second time when Princess Ash used her shoes to destroy Xenotime's bog warriors. (PROSE: The Bog Warrior)
