Bantagel was the leader of the Boor. He struck a deal with the Earthlink Federation in its creation that after thirty years of being frozen he would be allowed to restart his crime syndicate. However, instead he was reawakened five centuries later by Maddaska. He had the serum that would protect them against the Ilijah.
