The Abominable aliens that attempted an invasion of London in 1997 were ideally suited to a cold environment, with their giant green frames covered in hair — except for their stomach and brains, which were exposed. Their plan to harvest the humans frozen in an instant was thwarted when the Eleventh Doctor used the TARDIS to reverse the effect of the machine. (COMIC: Wintervention)
