Fyodor Nikolai Kerensky was a scientist working for Count Scarlioni in 1979.

Fyodor believed that the work he was performing for the "Count" was to help feed the world, to create chickens and such. He had no knowledge of his employer's true nature, nor what Scarlioni intended to do with his research and experiments.
