Adrian Rigelsford wrote The Roof of the World. He also conducted interviews for Doctor Who Magazine and wrote the text for the illustrated book Doctor Who - Monsters. He also wrote the never-produced Doctor Who story The Dark Dimension scheduled to air in 1993 before plans fell through.
