John Windcott was a criminal who worked with Andrew Oleson and Acél. He wanted to knick Oleson's trade so killed him and stole the fake Purpura Pawn. He tried to scam Bev Tarrant into buying it. He was killed by Boyling. (PROSE: The Purpura Pawn)
