The Sector of Forgotten Souls was an area of space where time was at its oldest. There was a high level of psionic radiation in the Sector, which occasionally drove people mad. (AUDIO: Omega)
It was where Qqaba, the star that Omega and Rassilon detonated with the Hand of Omega to create the black hole to enable time travel for their species, was located. (COMIC: Star Death)
