Deep Roy (born 1957) played the role of Mr. Sin in The Talons of Weng-Chiang. He also played the part of a Posicar Delegate in the Mindwarp segment of The Trial of a Time Lord. Born in Kenya, he stands 52 inches tall and has been appearing on television and in film since 1976. He has had roles in The Dark Crystal, Return of the Jedi, Big Fish, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but is perhaps best remembered as one of the ill-fated assassins who tries to kill Inspector Clouseau in The Pink Panther Strikes Again.
