The Torchwood Pteranodon is a pterodactyl which was caught in the Cardiff rift and brought into present-day Cardiff. It was originally found hunting in the countryside, killing sheep at night, but it was captured and trained by Torchwood 3. (TW: Everything Changes) The Torchwood Pteranodon comes and goes from the main base as it please, entering through a large opening on the celiing. It was well trained, being called by a signal from Jack Harkness's wristwatch and only eating food with a certain "barbecue sauce" on it. The Torchwood Pteranodon is a highly capable predator, being able to seriously wound a Cyberman. (TW: Cyberwoman)
