Gordon Galloway was a police officer in Foxton. In an alternate timeline negated by the Eleventh Doctor, he was tasked with the case of finding two missing girls, Laura Brown and Vicky Caine, and later Jess Ashcroft, who had disappeared into Swallow Woods.
