Shona was a woman who worked as a supervisor in Sanderson & Grainger, a department store housing Cybermen. She stayed late on 18 April 2011 because she was doing a favor for a fellow employee, Kelly, who had a date that night. Whilst she was cleaning up a mess, she encountered a Cyberman which converted her. What was left of her was destroyed when Craig Owens foiled the Cybermen's attempt to convert him into a Cyber-Controller and overloaded their emotional inhibitors with "love." (TV: Closing Time)
