General Ravon was the Kaled military officer placed in charge of the Kaled Dome's defences. He was very ambitious and eager to win the war against the Thals. Ravon was presumed dead when the Thals launched a rocket which completely destroyed the Dome. (DW: Genesis of the Daleks)
