The North Sea was a small sea on Earth located between Great Britain and northwest Europe.
In 1997, a Jathaa sunglider was shot down by Torchwood One over the sea. (TV: Army of Ghosts) Ten years later, in 2006, the Slitheen family hid their spaceship in the North Sea and sent it to London as part of their plan to destroy Earth. (TV: Aliens of London / World War Three) At some point, Alec Palmer disrupted U-Boat operations across this sea. (TV: Hide)
