Seo was the mind that was placed in Alexi Korolev. He didn't like Qel's leadership style. He was annoyed that the Qel was hiding information from him. He didn't trust the Time Lords. He said that the Fifth Doctor was one of the Doctor's more passive incarnations. (AUDIO: Singularity)
