The Supreme Council Chamber was a chamber on the restored Kaalann where the Dalek Emperor and the Eye of Time were located when New Dalek Paradigm conquered Earth in 1963. The chamber had two levels. The Emperor and the Eye were located on the top level. It was in this room that the Eleventh Doctor deactivated the Eye and reversed the alternate timeline. (GAME: City of the Daleks)
