Delegate Wolfe was a human colonist on Teuba.
Wolfe was unhappy that Ormsin Ives took his place in negotiations between the humans and the Hufko.
Some time later, Wolfe tried to bring a mining representative to meet with the Hufko to discuss trade. The Hufko were insulted by his name and by his breath, which smelled of meat. (PROSE: The Diplomat's Story)
