A Big Mac was a food item specific to McDonald's. It had red meat and was greasy.
Rachel sometimes bought Big Macs for Jamie McCrimmon because he worked out and needed the red meat. Victoria Waterfield didn't like Big Macs because they were too greasy. (PROSE: Face-Painter)
