Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show was an American West-themed show created by William F. Cody that toured Europe in the 1880s. In 1880, the Third Doctor transported Chief War Eagle to Paris, France, where his old friend Buffalo Bill convinced him to join his show. In gratitude for bringing War Eagle, Cody gave the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith tickets. They didn't go to the show because they had just seen the real Wild West. (COMIC: Peril of Paris)
In 1888, a poster for the show was in London, England. It featured an image of his "Rough Riders of the World" with a number of men on horses carrying lassos. (COMIC: Ripper's Curse)
