Dalek Attack Squad Leader was leader of the Dalek Attack Squad Delta. It was sent to investigate the planet Galacton but the red-eyes C reatures attacked the squad. But the Squad leader was stuck on a ledge and its systems came back online. Unable to escape the shaft, it decided to make the ultimate sacrifice for the Dalek Empire.
