Decaster was the Schirr leader of a terrorist group called the Ten-Strong and was at one point the Earth Empire's most wanted.
DeCaster was also a leading practiser of the Morphiean black arts, becoming a god-like figure to the other nine members of the Ten Strong. (PROSE: Ten Little Aliens)
