Alfred Woodrow was a 20th century English lawyer. He was a partner in the law firm of Woodrow, Woodrow and Spence. One of his clients was the biscuit magnate Hepworth Stackhouse. Woodrow continued working for him even after Stackhouse was possessed by Zodaal. After Zodaal had no more use for him, it killed him and used his body to host part of its essence.
