Chris Boucher (born 1943) was an important contributor to the Fourth Doctor era of Doctor Who.

He penned three stories and was responsible for the creation of the companion Leela, who's name he derived from freedom fighter Leila Khaled (source: DVD commentary for The Robots of Death).
