MICA was an acronym for Multiple Independent Combat Assembly. They were developed by Landoran Alliance scientists in Deepcity.
Each unit was small, could act on its own, had various tool attachments and was able to fire an energy beam. The units could combine to create a larger weapon, with a proportional increase in beam strength. They also had camouflage ability. (PROSE: A Device of Death)
