This man was a member of the Police Force and was seen in November, 1963, patrolling the Coal Hill area. At 3AM this Policeman was patrolling the Coal Hill area and was seen on Totters Lane. It was early in the morning and foggy so he was carrying a torch. As he passed the junkyard, he shined his torch on it's wooden gate, which read "IM Foreman - Scrap Merchant - Totters Lane". He paused for a moment, then quickly moved on to finish his patrol. He didn't notice the odd humming sound coming from inside.
